We do not collect any personal information through our App. The App is designed to function without the need for a central database or server-side storage of user data.

1.1 OpenAI API Key

The App allows you to store your OpenAI API Key on your device. This key is stored securely in your iPhone's Keychain and is not transmitted to or stored by us in any way.

1.2 Voice Data

While the App enables voice interaction with OpenAI's models, we do not collect, store, or process your voice data. Voice inputs are processed locally on your device and sent directly to OpenAI's servers using your stored API key.

1.3 Interaction Data

We do not collect or store any data about your interactions with the App or the responses you receive from OpenAI.

2. Use of Your Information

As we do not collect any personal information, we do not use your data for any purpose.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or disclose any information about you, as we do not collect or store any personal information.

4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect the information stored locally on your device. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. OpenAI API Key Storage and Usage

1.1. The Service allows you to store your OpenAI API Key on your device to interact with the latest OpenAI model via voice.

1.2. Your API Key is stored securely in your iPhone's Keychain. We do not store your API Key or any other personal information in any central database.

1.3. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your OpenAI API Key. We strongly advise against sharing your API Key with any third parties.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

2.1. The developer of this app is not responsible for any theft or unauthorized use of your OpenAI API Key by third parties.

2.2. Any discrepancies between the expenses for API usage shown in the app's counter and the actual charges from OpenAI are not the responsibility of the developer.

2.3. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

3.1. We do not store any of your data, including your OpenAI API Key, on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device.

3.2. We guarantee that we do not have access to, collect, or store your OpenAI API Key or any other personal information.

4. Content Disclaimer

4.1. All information and content provided through the Service is generated by OpenAI's models and is not created or endorsed by the app developer.

4.2. The developer is not responsible for any information obtained through the Service that may be untrue, inaccurate, misleading, or detrimental to the user.

4.3. Any issues or concerns regarding the content provided should be directed to OpenAI. The app developer has solely created a tool to access OpenAI's services and is not responsible for the content generated.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

6. App Maintenance and Continuity

6.1. The developer does not guarantee ongoing maintenance, updates, or continued functionality of the app.

6.2. By purchasing and using this app, you acknowledge and agree that the app may cease to function properly or become entirely non-functional at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in the OpenAI API, iOS updates, or the developer's decision to discontinue support.

6.3. The purchase price of the app does not entitle the user to any specific duration of functionality, updates, or support.

6.4. In the event that the app becomes non-functional or is removed from the App Store, the developer is not obligated to provide refunds, compensation, or alternative services.

7. OpenAI service responsibility

8.1. Users who are the owners of the API Key ("Key Owners") expressly acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for all interactions and usage associated with their API Key.

8.2. Key Owners understand and accept that OpenAI will hold them fully responsible for: a) All costs incurred through the use of their API Key. b) Any misuse, abuse, or violation of OpenAI's terms of service resulting from the use of their API Key.
